Your marks are relatively less. So Go for private institutions as any government aided colleges won't be possible at this. There are various good private institutions that take admission based on this so just go for it and you'll get surely one for yourself.hope you understand!

To the extent of my knowledge there is both channels GATE and TANCET for intake of MTech/ME in colleges affiliated to Anna University. And for colleges like PSG particularly, let me tell you there is entry on the basis of TANCET also. Same goes for CIT and GCT
