According to your profile, I am assuming that you have a domicile of telangana. So according to state quota of telangana, you need to score a minimum of 420 marks to get into a government medical college in telangana for your category.

Your meet score is very low to get admission in any government college. You can give neet next year with working hard on your studies and you should score 500+ for admission in good government College
