Hi
This is very difficult to make prediction that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then with 319 marks , you hold a chance to get a management quota seat in a private medical college under Tamilnadu State quota
For example,
In Neet 2019, 269 marks for all categories was the cut off marks to get a management seat in CMC Vellore under Tamilnadu state quota
You can check the same at

This prediction is on the basis of past year data but cutoff keeps changing every year due to many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a better picture of the colleges in which you have to chances and to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

Hello Aspirant,
On such marks and category you have good chances of getting self financed dental colleges in Tamil Nadu under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-tamil-nadu
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Vanakkam!
yes, there are possibilities as well as impossibilities.
it depends upon the institution you are in. in many private schools, if they have less strength or any vacancy in the group you ask, they might allot you. but this happens only within the first few weeks of school starting. after which neither can they change nor can you cope up with the portions.
some schools are stubborn and they dont really change groups and some charge you some fee and ask you get new admission in the same school. so new roll number, id everything.
in the government schools, it is not at all possible.
but all these are only when you have the eligible mark for vio/math grp. or else you wont get in any school. maybe you can get by some recommendations or donations. but it rarely works in our state.
i hope it helps you
