As the results for first round has been announced for JOSAA Counselling, they have asked to submit certain certificates and amoung them is state of eligibility certificate. Is it required to submit it even belonging to the same state, eg, I belong to Tamil Nadu and I am about to join NIT Trichy.

If JoSSA is ordering to submit the details you have to submit the required document as mentioned in the procedure. But State of eligibility is considered according to 12th marksheet means from which state you complete your 12th schooling although we can not take chances as it is

According to the marks, your expected rank will be in the range of 32796-37464.

So on such rank and category you have good chances of getting XYZ according to previous year's cut-off.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges
