You do not have much chances for admission in any of the NLUs in the subsequent lists or the vacancies, considering your rank and your category. You can try for the private colleges that accept admissions on basis of your CLAT ranks using the link below.

hi, I have scored 91.25 in CLAT 2018 . My rank is 4611 and my obc rank is 390. what are my chances of getting into TNNLS or NUALS?

According to the Careers 360 college predictor, you do not seem to have any chance for admission in TNNLS or NUALS, considering your rank and your category.
You can try for these colleges in vacancies, if any.

You don't have a chance of getting TNNLS, based on your CLAT inputs of 52.5 marks with OBC category rank..
