Let's see whatever I know about that TANCA counselling is divided into two channels that name is GATE and another one is TANCET and also both are have some pretty much different. But in my opinion if you don't get a good college through gate but there are may be chance to get admission through the TANCET. I hope you have no problem for this.

see in tanca counselling first preferences goes for gate score holders, then remaining seats would be fills by tancet score holders. now see the cutoff score depends on certain factors like number of participants, seats matrix, questions difficulty level, students category, choice of stream etc. so it is quite difficult to predict college just based on percentile course.

however I would suggest you to participate in the counselling process and lets see whats come around.

74 for general.

45 for OBC

29 for SC/ST
