TANCET is organized by Anna University,Chennai on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Government. The paper is conducted only for postgraduate programs and is valid over all the government and government aided colleges of Tamil Nadu. For TANCET councelling 2020 normalized marks are considered. You need a score of around 60-65 to get 99%ile in TANCET.Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test ( TANCET ) is conducted by Anna University, Chennai on the behalf of Government of Tamil Nadu, for admission in various post graduate courses such as M.B.A., M.C.A., M.E., M. Tech. etc.
Now the subjects are : Business Situation Analysis Data Sufficiency, EC, Quants and English Usage.
You need to target approximately 70 questions to get into 99%ile.

Based on the rank you have mentioned your score would be between 38-45 . Since you have not mentioned your score this is just an estimation so it may vary. So if you have scored in 40s then top colleges like Anna University or PSG might be difficult because for these colleges you need 50 above for BC category. So if your score is below 50 then you may try for these colleges:
