Yes, you can take that certificate for the counselling purpose. However, you would also need to show the provisional degree/certificate at the time of document verification. A provisional degree or certificate is required for the admission process until you get the final degree from your institute or college. It’s up to the counselling members of TANCET if they accept this course completion certificate in place of a provisional degree. Self attested copies of the following documents should be enclosed along with the application

You can take a print out directly from the site. If you are using a mobile then you can take screen print. There are bookmarks and save options to save the address. It depends what you are using.
There will be a option to download the application file. You can download it and save it in your drive.

It is always suggested and is better also to take a single sheet printouts rather than front and back.
So that there is cmplete elimination of any discrepencies in the application print out and is also a way to reduce the mistakes that are likely to occur from your side. There is no wrong in taking a front and back print out also. But is always suggested to go with the former option.

what you can do is that you can change the gpa into the percentage to fill that in the councelling forms and according to the grades fill in the marks obtained . You should mention there about the be degree and rest fill in the marks accordingly, this can be filled in the form.
