For MBA, the TANCET Cutoff is calculated by taking into account the different categories and the minimum marks needed for students applying for each category. Candidates are selected for the admission procedure based on their TANCET pass mark, which is determined by the university.

As per the previous trends, your marks should be between 30-35.

For a general rank of 1669 I'm assuming your score in the range of 27-25. Based on these score+ previous year's cut-off trends your chances of securing an MBA seat are quite low . However you might get a seat through spot admission.

As in Tancet MBA appearing well for students in general category have to score 55 marks to get into good colleges and since you belong to BC category you can make it to good colleges. The cut-off for ut category is 32.25-35.5 and they are good colleges in chennai like
