Anna University will release TANCET Application Forms in April 2019. Candidates can register online at annauniv.edu only. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree is necessary for Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test.

Nearly 50,000 candidates are expected to apply for TANCET 2019. 

The tentative dates for MBA & MCA exam are May 19 and M.E. /M.Tech. /M.Arch. / M.Plan is scheduled for May 20.

IMPORTANT FACTS:

TANCET Registration The state level exam is expected to take place in 15 cities in Tamil Nadu.

involves 3 main steps: Registration, Filling Application Form and Fee Payment. 

The application fee is INR 500 for general category (INR 250 for reserved category). For each additional course, anextra INR 500 (INR 250 for reserved category) is to be paid.

Anna University will release TANCET 2019 Admit Card in April for all successfully registered candidates.

GATE qualifiers need not fill TANCET application form 2019 as they are exempted from the entrance exam. However, GATE qualified candidates of Life Sciences paper must fill and submit the form of TANCET.

• Last but never the least, don’t lose confidence and ensure you eat and rest well. It is just another exam and not the ‘defining moment’ of your future life. Take it easy!

It is essential that you pick a right book for the preparation. Further, you must ensure that the book has all the exam topics and the sufficient number of questions for practice.

There is no such particular number to get the highest rank in any entrance exam even if it is CAT, XAT, SNAP, TANCET or whosoever it is. It completely depends on the factors like:-

1) Number of seats

2) The difficulty level of the entrance exam

3) Number of applicants

So one can not judge the exact number, we can only assume a range in which the highest rank can vary.

For TANCET MBA the range can be 70-75 to get the highest rank in 2019, this can be the optimal score range you can target for but at least set your target above this range to be on a safer side.

You can even refer to the last year cutoff list to get a fair idea of how much you should score this year to get the highest rank.

Anna University will conduct the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test, also known as TANCET 2019 on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu. 

Yes they can. Anna university has a special reservation for other state students and conducts councelling for them on a seperate date. There is not much people comming from other state to get educated in Anna university so, it would be easy for them to get in.

For Other states there is a separate quota and Counselling.
