Cutoff changes every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper,category etc factors,so its quite tough to say exactly the cutoffs., based on previous year analysis , and your score, 78.684 percentile you can have chances in the following colleges in tamilnadu:
last year cutoff for UNOM was 78.48 for mba. so you might have few chances to fetch seat if cutoff doesnt increase.other than unom you can have chances in following colleges:

thiagarajar school of managment
kumaraguru college of technology
bharathiar university
college of engineering guindy,anna univerity

Cut-off for MBA TANCET 2021 has not been released by Anna University, Conducting body of TANCET 2021 on behalf of Tamilnadu government. But the Admission will based on either ranks or Scores. I am mentioning the Expected rank list based on the Scores obtained in TANCET 2021-
Score Obtained. Rank list
70-55. 1-10
54-52. 11-30
51-47. 31-60
46-43. 61-100
42-34. 101-500
33-30. 501-1000
30-27. 1001-1500
27-25. 1501-2000
25-23. 2001-2500
23-22. 2501-3000
SO according to this rank list your rank would fall somewhere between 501-1000. Now, with this Score, 31.333, chances are very high that you will get a seat in R M K Engineering College, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur. For BC Category the Cutoff is 31.600 (expected). Now, if the official Cutoff will be a little lower then you might be able to get Admission in this college. Through the official Cutoff has not been released by Anna University but, the official Cutoff will be released on the second week of June, 2021. Keep looking for the official Cutoff.

The official Cutoff has not been released by Anna University, conducting body of TANCET 2021 on behalf of Tamilnadu government, so it is very difficult to predict a college. But I am mentioning the expected colleges and rank list According to your percentile. The Admission will be done on the basis of ranks not on percentile, I am mentioning the expected rank list, please predict your rank accordingly
84 percentile is not a very good percentile. But you should keep your eye on these Colleges-
1. R M K Engineering College, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur
2. St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, OMR, Chennai
3. Easwari Engineering College, Ramapuram, Chennai
The official TANCET 2021 MBA Cutoff will be release in the 2nd week of June, 2021.

To get admission in MBA through TANCET MBA counselling you must pass in the qualifying exam that is bachelor's degree in any stream with minimum of 50% aggregate marks for general category and for reserved categories it is minimum 45% aggregate marks from a recognized university. however you must have valid score in tancet exam. however there is no specific cutoff for tancet mba counselling. candidates would be allotted colleges based on their score. high scorer would obtain tier 1 colleges.

According to the previous year cutoff, 90+ percentile is good score for TANCET MBA 2021 for getting Good Colleges. Cutoff may vary every year it depends on some factors like Number of seat available, total number of students appear in the exam, Difficulty level of exam and Reservation Criteria.
