There is no M.Sc in clinical psychology in Tata Institute of Social Sciences as they only offer MA in Master of Arts in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology). Also you can check the eligibility for the same below -

In btech there is more included the practical knowledge of engineering as compared to BE which includes mostly theoratical concept an less practical as compared the btech.
But in India both of them r treated equal in every kind of jobs.
