In my opinion both are equally good colleges but I would suggest Indubhai Parekh School of Architecture. It has a good faculty and they always prefer practical approach more. They do have good academics and infrastructure. But there is no accommodation facility for non-Rajkot students. Fees is average in
Heritage Institute of Technology without a doubt! I have my friends studying there and they can't stop praising their college. I have been there myself as well and I can assure that if you can keep yourself in the right track, this place will give you a very bright career.

Both the colleges are good and almost same. They both provide same kind of facilities. Placements in both the college are good.Reva is ranked 151 by NIRF and Jyothy is ranked 251 by NIRF. Academics and accomdation facilities are good in both the colleges.It totally depends on you

Eligibility criteria for every private college is different. Some college needed 60% in pcm but it vary college to college.
So, I advice you that check the eligibility criteria of college in which you are interested.
