The probability of job after B.tech depends upon the college you are pursuing your graduation. Through college you can go for ON campus placements otherwise the last option would be OFF campus.
Its difficult to find a job through OFF campus drive, but not impossible.
An M.Arch largely is connected with construction rather than interiors. Interior designing is also offered in design programmes. However the income range will be more dependent on what you do and where you are placed. Also again this will depend upon the firm - a well known one pays well
Minimum 75% aggregate in any 12th board is must too qualify for JEE advanced across all 5subjects.
You can give improveemnt exams in any of 5 subjects again such that your aggregate marks go up above 75%. Yo are given only two attempts for improvement exam i.e. 2017 and 2018.
I would suggest you to talk to the college directly for the same but generally it offers admission on the basis of VIT rank only and even management quota seats are offered to the students who got high rank.
Good Luck!!!
You seem to have less chances in NIT's. Chances are less in private colleges as well. Any other engg exam you gave?
