see in telegana admission to engineering colleges is based on tseamcet score, at the time of counselling your 12th score and entrance test score both are evaluated.

TNEA stands for tamil nadu engineering admission , the tnea counselling is conducts by anna university. every year around 500+ colleges of tamil nadu participate in tnea counselling process. counselling is based on 10+2 score, and there is no entrance examinations.

The eligibility criteria for the college you have mentioned is that you should have atleast 50% in your 10+2 with PCB/PCM combination depending on your course. Thus you don't have to worry about it, if you have good ranks in the entrances and if you get >50% then you will get admission depending on your rank in the colleges you mentioned.

The official statement issued by BITS says that, " The candidate who secured first rank (Board topper) in PCM or PCB in their respective board can apply for direct admission." and a syou mentioned that by considering Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics you become the state board (Tamilnadu Board) topper.
