No. Chances are less to get BDS seat n 400 marks under central counselling. Under 15% All India Quota, You need to score more than 480 marks in NEET to get BDS seat.

But you can get BDS seat in private

Hi aspirant, since you have got 13340 rank in JEE mains exam also you belong to ST category so based on that you can get into NIT for sure chances for IIIT is very less.

For branch perspective chances for you to get into CSE branch is somehow very less.
