Based on the percentile your ranking should be in between 306900 to 345000. Since you have not mentioned so I am assuming you from general category. As per previous year trends it is difficult for you to get CSE in any good colleges of Telangana with this percentile,

In Engineering colleges, direct admission can be based on candidate's JEE MAINS Exam score and 10+2 percentage and there are also exams on State or University level to take direct admission in engineering college ,on that examination scores you can take direct admission in that perticular engineering College.

Depending on the marks you secured in the Ts EAMCET exam i.e 35as you have mentioned your Ts EAMCET rank would be between 50000 to 60000

There is no chance of any govt college from AIQ of 15 percent . The cutoff for 85 percent state quota shows unexpected low as the govt colleges of north east was available in 400 marks range , likewise TN etc .
