As per your question your state rank is 5086, with this rank  and  your EWS category you have a good chance of getting medical seats in telangana  it's quite difficult to get a seat in a Government Medical College or a Government Quota seat in Private Medical College.

I would like to tell you that the there is a rule for the counselling that for state counselling you can apply for only private collages in other states but for the government collages you cannot go for other state as you do not have domicile in it.
