See if you belongs to Andhra Pradesh then also you can apply for government medical colleges of Telangana but only for Management quota seats not for government quota seats because government quota seats are reserved only for that particular state's candidates. Sa as you belong to other state

Telangana NEET cutoff is based on no. of aspirants, level of difficulties, avaialability of seats  and marks obtained. Based on this seats are divided into all india seats and state seats.

All india seats are 15% where as state seats are 85%
