No need  to update caste certificate but It is advisable to renew OBC certificate periodically. Because diff govt. exam allows diff. time validity on the certificate.

  One's caste is solely related to birth. One does not need to apply for caste certificate every year as her/his caste cannot change

Provisional Certificate  is widely accepted everywhere if your Convocational certificate is not yet handed to you by your college. you will not face any issue because of that. If asked, you can say the college has not released the Final Certificate yet.

Let me clear you that tsicet is for telegana colleges and you guntur college doesnt come under telegana region ,rvr jc guntur is afflicated to ACHARAYA NAGARJUNA UNIVERSITY which is in andhar pradesh region ,

To take admission in RVR JC college you ned to appear for APICET entrance

Yes Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under ‘CAP’ category. This certificate is issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. In case of Ex-Servicemen, identity card and service discharge would be required for verification.
