The cut off marks for TSICET for general and obc category is 25% marks 

i.e 50 marks out of 200

and for SC category thers is no minimum marks 

So if you belong to SC category you can apply for the top colleges and if you belong to general category

If you belongs to the oc category then you will be have very less chance you can't get government colleges.If you are sc st bc then you are eligible.
