Hello aspirant, according to the eligibility criteria of TSICET, if the your qualifying degree is obtained from distance learning modes. Then it should have a recognition from the joint committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC.
So, if your degree satisfies the above requirement, then you can apply for the exam.

SIBM hydrabad Is Not giving admission on The Tsicet score.

For any Institute under symbiosis umbrella You have to appere for SNAP exam..The exam Will conducted every year in the month of December..

& For SIBM hydrabad you have to score approx 70 percentile in SNAP exam.
