Cutoff for MBA is around 3750-3800(for OC boys) according to previous years.

As you mentioned that you have done TS ICET in 2017 with good marks however unfortunately the scores will not be valid for MBA academic year 2019-20 admission you have to reappear to get admission as cutoff criteria is different every years which also depend on various factors like

C++ is evergreen language and had build many important tools and softwares most of the softwares are devoloped on the multiple languages, and C++ is one of the language which build programs from scarch and is very fast compared to other languages.
