Yes it is possible to have the college changed in the next counselling.

1. First of all, the candidates should log on to the TS ICET 2018 Counselling Official website tsicet.nic.in
2. Complete the payment of processing fee by clicking on “Pay Processing Fee” tab in the main menu.
3. Make payment with your Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking or through any other payment gateways

If you alloted any seat in round 1 then you have to report and then you can choose for further counselling.

If you did not respond or cancell your seat then you will not be eligible for further counselling.

Getting a seat in any government college with this score might be a little difficult as aggregate qualifying marks is 70. However, you can apply in private colleges.
