Sharon Rose Student Expert 22nd Dec, 2020

Hello,

You must have passed bachelor's degree from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks if you belong nto general category and for reserved categories it is minimum 45% marks. You must pass in all subjects and obtain the results. You are not eligible to apply for ICET counselling since you haven't obtained your backlog result. Even if you apply you are not eligible to get seat allotment.

hi,

In respect of seat reservation of  Non-Local candidates in tsicet counselling,   to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates needs to be submitted. 1. resident certificate or 2. employment certificate.

Residence Certificate: Candidates who has resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State.

Employer Certificate : Candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of telengana State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local bodies , Universities and other similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for TSICET -2020 Examination.

however you have to introduce any of the certificate for reservation of seat of non local candidates for allotment under unreserved category.

I want to appear for second phase of counselling as Im not happy with the college I was allotted a seat in. What should I do?

daniasufian2000 16th Dec, 2020
Hello student!
It's ok if you are not happy or satisfied with your college.do one thing in the second round of counseling slide your options to the colleges you wanted to take in and if there are any vacant seat you will surely get seat and the most important positive point is that you only need to slide your option and the previous college seat will be secured since you need to take admission in previously allotted college and slide your options so that you can have a chance to get new college and you will have no chance of loosing your previous seat you will be at safer site.
Hope this helps you!
Regards!
