* The date has still not announced for TSICET 2020 Counselling but  telangana State Council of Higher Education will begin TSICET Counselling 2020 probably in  December 2020. Exact Dates for Counselling will be announced soon. The results of TS ICET 2020 have  announced on November 02, 2020

* Candidates who secure TSICET  cut off score will be eligible to participate in the  counselling  process. The eligibility criteria is:-

*Only candidates who will qualify the TS ICET 2020 by scoring a minimum 50 per cent for general category and 45 percent (for other categories) in aggregate will be eligible to appear for TS ICET counselling 2020. To get more information you can visit the below link:-

see cutoff rank change in every years, there is some determining factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, candidates category, choice of stream etc. however you did not mention you want to pursue mba or mca course. however for mba course in nizam college there is moderate chances. for mca course in nizam college has fair chances at this rank.

The cut off by rank for General category in the year 2018 was 8901. As you have ranked much lesser than the closing rank your chances seem very high.

The cut offs are subject to changes as the number of candidates appearing for the entrance, total number of candidates qualifying, difficulty level of the exam everything differs from year to year.
