No problem if you didn't get your certificates yet, you can submit your custodian certificate instead. And later when you receive your original certificates then you can submit it again to the TSICET officials or directly to the college in which you have taken admission.

if your original certificates are not available , then you can show your internet print out result. some times they ask for a letter from college authority , explaining the cause that original certificate is not available. you can issue the letter fron director or principle from college.
