As of now there is no official information regarding postponing of TS Intermediate exam for 2nd year, only one state has officially announced postponing of exams that is Maharashtra and the reason being covid cases are highest here, it's a big dilemma for students, teacher and also the conducting

you have one year gap between inter first year and second year. in most of the college takes admission in 11th class , which concludes that you may have to repeat 11th again. but I would suggest to  go for local colleges in which you intend to take admission.
