yes it is possible but only in private colleges its very hard to get into any type of goverment college at this rank, but you can go for offline or spot councelling in govt colleges too, if some seats remain vaccant which usually happens you may get a try just
look i dont thinks this certificates matter , because a goverment enginnering college dont nned this they will see your jee main eamcet score as well as 10 & 12 these are the only things required nothing more . At this rank its tought or net to impossible to get
