Which answer key have you checked there may be mistakes in most of them . Just you need to check with 2-3 amswer keys and get an approximate or check for oddicial answer key released

With 8k eamcet rank you have very good chance of getting in to top 5 Colleges . You also have good chance of getting in govt colleges like jntum, jntus ,kits ..etc

Sorry ,but you cannot get any engineering seat because cutoff marks to get qualified in eamcet are 40 . You got 38 so you don't have any chance of getting engineering seat through eamcet .
