Hi Kavitha! Yes, you can do engineering without qualifying in ts eamcet by getting a seat through B-Category (based on JEE Mains score) or you can also buy a seat through the Management Quota but they are usually costly. A seat through these ways in some of the good colleges

Yes you can for sure apply for TNEA as you totally satisfy TNEA's eligibility criteria which says that atleast the candidate must have passed his schooling standards from Andhra Pradesh.
