Last date for submission of Filled TS EAMCET 2018 Application Form was April 4, 2018.

Correction of mistakes in application form could be made till April 6 to 9, 2018.

TNEA is a counselling process, and there is no entrance exams involved. Admission are done on the basis of normalized marks of 10+2 exam (qualifying exam).

With a score of 130 in JEE Adv., you rank will be around 16000. With that, you won't get a seat in IIT Indore, if you're a general candidate. Any reservation may be helpfull.

But please note that admission for other state candidates through TNEA is only offered at Anna University. In total there are 50 seats reserved for other state candidates, with region-wise reservation.

yes!! othe state persons can attend the TNEA but the Anna University has diifrent eligibilty criteria and procedure for specific states , along with that University demands few requiremnts like having minimum of score marks in 10th as well as +2.
