I assume that you are asking about TNEA. If that's what you want to know about, then let me tell you that TNEA is a counselling and admission process (based on the marks in qualifying examination) conducted by Anna University. So, there are no test centres for TNEA. 

If you belong to different state then you are not eligible for the TNEA,

The eligibility criteria for TNEA:-

• Candidates who have passed VIII, IX, X, XI and XII standard in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply for TNEA 2018. Their nativity certificate will not be required.
