In 1st counselling your college tution fee is 95k and you paid 95k during 1st phase counselling. Now, you got a college in 2nd counselling with tution fee 65k(which you need not pay again, because this 65k will be considered from the amount you have paid earlier i.e., 95k).
You cannot pay the fee offline by going to college. You should pay it through online and self report through online only. Then you will receive a joining report which you have to submit in the allotted college.
