As you said that you didn't like the college alloted to you.Going for phase 2 is a good option but, the bitter truth is that chance getting a better college is not that high.Hope you know that college seats in phase 2 are the seats remained in phase 1.The best suggestion I can give you is select your preferred colleges for phase 2 and wait for the result.If this turns your way then go for it. If not the only option left for you is Management quota.

• If you cancel your seat after self reporting and payment of fees you cannot participate in second round of counselling. If you just don't want the seat allotted to you then don't self report and don't pay the fees.  Then you can participate in second round of counselling. If you want the first seat to be reserved to you and also want to participate in second round of counselling then self report and pay the fees.
• Remember if you are allotted a seat in second round of counselling then the seat allotted in first counselling will automatically get cancelled and you have to join the college allotted in second counselling. The fee you paid in first counselling will automatically get transferred to the college allotted in second counselling.
• So be clear about second counselling and select colleges better than the college allotted in first counselling.

But there are still some chances that you get PV Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary university. But this is just mere prediction. You admission will depend on factors like seat intake which is just 4% for BC-E and also the no. of students applying .
