I hope you are doing well. As you mentioned that your rank on ts EAMCET is 7000. And you asking for veterinary seat. So sorry to say but you have no chance of getting seat because the veterinary seat allotted to those candidates whose rank is between 1000-1400 only.

You will not be eligible for admissions in colleges. Either you can try for management quota in different private colleges or you will have to go for long term and prepare for the exams and give exam next year. Then you will be able for admissions through TE EAMCET exam or JEE main exam. Few institutes conduct their own exam which you can give for admissions. The details regarding the exams will be available in their official website.

Expecting a good college is difficult but the optimistic point is, you have a reservation which can help you try a convenor seat in the counseling process.But if you are only sticking to the above districts then, chances may fade. So finally the best suggestion I can give you is :

• Try for a convenor seat until the last round.If your luck favors then full fee reimbursement is offered.

You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. It is difficult to predict because cut-offs varies from year to year.

The cutoffs varies from year to year and may depend on many factors like

* Number of students appeared in the exam

* Number of seats available

*Category

*Difficulty level of the exam

But for your TS EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture free seat if you belong to OC Category or OBC Category, based on previous year's cut-offs.

To get full fees reimbursement you must have TS EAMCET Rank less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum, if you belong to OC Category/ OBC Category and if you get TS EAMCET Rank above 10,000 then you can get partial fees reimbursement if you are eligible for it. If you belong to SC/ ST Category then you can get full fees reimbursement but your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum.

As your TS EAMCET Rank is above 10,000 then you cannot get free seat/ full fees reimbursement. But can try for partial fees reimbursement if you meet the eligibility criteria.
