Your rank is given, considering both your marks in eamcet and ipe (only mpc subjects). So 15000 is your final rank. Definitely you will get seat in any of the engineering college in Telangana with OC category. But I advice you to opt for best college irrespective of branch, because

Cutoff for cvr is 5k for general category.Until amd unless you belong to sc caste you won't be getting seat in that college.

Well if you belong to sc but still you didn't get cvr college then apply for second counselling and this time put the options carefully.
