You have to apply for particular college or state government colleges through their own procedure. Every BHMS college would consider only NEET score for the purpose

Before college admissions,candidates are required to report to the college at least once.

If you don't have interest just accept the seat and wait for second counselling or else you may end up in getting seat nowhere if you don't get good seat in second counselling just block that seat and you are still eligible for second counselling.
