Vardhaman is the most strict college: cell phones not allowed, T-shirts not allowed and recently they said shaded jeans also not allowed . each class has 6 to 10 students who can't even get 60% just because its like a tradition to torture few students in every class most faculty

There is no surity if they will consider it or not, now since you missed the date for its verification you are totally dependent on them. If they'll want to consider it they can and if they don't want to they can deny giving you the same excuse.

                 Both ranks will be considered by for TNEA counselling. If you belong to a particular then you will be allocated seats that are reserved for that particular community (namely BC, SC, ST, PWD etc.).
