Yes you will get your login id. The income certificate that you hadn't taken for verification will be asked demanded from you later on. But don't think that you can skip the verification, because you won't be admitted without it's verification. So keep it ready.

            Since you are a BiPC student according to me you can try Biomedical Engineering and Agriculture and Farming Engineering through TS-EAMCET with your rank. You can try for Osmania College of Engineering and Professor Jayashnkar Telangana State Agriculture University for the same. All the best!!!

              To get a seat in SSN you need to now apply for SSN entrance exam separately as SSN has become autonomous and no more under Anna University. Talking about PSG Coimbatore you can try for courses like textile engineering, production engineering etc using your general rank. And

at this rank you will not be able to get admission in best government engineering college  At this rank you will be get admission in good private college in ncr like G L BAJAJ institute of technology and management greater noida KIET, AKG,ABES JSS NOIDA and ghaziabad

The counseling of the TNEA or any of the national examinations mostly consider the category rank only 

So here for you also they will consider about the sc rank 2016 . 

All the allotment of the college will be run through the category ranks
