Dear aspirant. It all goes down to your category. If you belong to OC category than you have almost no chance of getting a seat in core branches of engineering. Other categories such as SC/ST have comparatively higher chances and that too not so sure with this much rank. Hope

telengana fee reimbursement is applicable on telengana colleges which is under telengana government authority. if you study in other state this rules is not applicable there as every state colleges has their own official rules and regulations.
