yes you can get the free seat in agriculture stream but there are very few chances that you can get with government colleges and so you can try both govt and private colleges in telangana you will be getting free seat and scholarship and fee reeimbuirsement.

It's difficult for you to get CSE dept in your preferred college but you can get CSE in following colleges:
SKCET, COIMBATORE
St. Joseph's College of engineering
Government college of engineering, bargur
RMD engineering college
Kongu Engineering college, Erode.
