In TS EAMCET, the seat allotment is done based on the TS Eamcet rank. TS Eamcet rank is calculated using EAMCET marks and PCM agree in the 12th class examinations.

The marks alone cannot determine your chances of getting into a college.

Inorder to get seat in ECE at University

Yes you will be able to get admission in some colleges but, I think you cannot get computer science engineering or electronics and communication engineering course in CBIT as per your rank... But you can get VNR...
