For a OBC category student with that marks is still low to get a seat in any government medical.college. but different states have different cut offs and hence maybe your state has low cut off and you might get a seat in the counseling process.

Chandra, the cut off rank for JNTU Sultanpur  in CSE for BSB-Girl varies in the range of 10500. With a rank of 19140 it is quite diffcult to get admission in JNTU. However there are other colleges also in which you can apply. Let me know if you have any

yes, for a cut off of 159.5 you can expect government colleges from tamilnadu.

But,then what college you get  depends on the quota you belong to if you are sc/st/obc.

But you will defintely get a seat in the tnea counselling.
