25% of maximum marks help you to qualify EAMCET marks. To get a rank below 10000, you should score above 95. To score 5000 above 100-110 marks are mandatory and 120 for ranks below 5000.

As you have got a good IPE percentage, you need to score somewhere between 80 and 100 to get a rank below 10000. If you score above 110, you'd be securing a rank which is below 1000.

In MREC the only branch you can get is Civil engineering(most probable),for vbit too,you are only eligible for civil.For CMR,you can opt for mechanical,electrical,civil and ECE branch while looking at your NCC category,they don't give that much relaxation in cutoffs.
