Yes, you can write both JEE and TNEA exam for joining engineering.

For writing TNEA exam you should have passed in all the subjects and scored a minimum average of 50 percent in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together.same for JEE also(ADVANCE).Both are useful.
