Yes sanjay TNEA is the counselling conducted by anna university for admission of undergraduate every year after class 12th.No entrance test is conducted but there are some eligibilty criteria which you should qualify to participate in the admission process.

As you’ve scored only 45 marks in TS eamcet and 570 in IPE. Based on the marks you’ve scored your rank will be around 70,000 to 80,000. Even though you have EBC Certificate your rank will not change. Mostly as you belong to OC category there
