                    I am here to help you with your question. According to my, research NCHMCT considers EWS reservations. As NCHMCT is an exam to join IHM's so definitely there will be a 10% reservation for EWS students. But make sure that you have an EWS reservation certificate to apply

Yes.There is some eligibility criteria for writing the TS EAMCET exam.One should have passed 10+2 with  Minimum 45% from a recognised Board of university and for reserved Candidates there is an exemption by 5% .In the process of admission the Intermediate marks are given Much weightage.

To get into JNTUH with finer branches, the overall marks i.e the IPE marks and EAMCET marks together should be above or 135 for OBC
