no usually they don't provide any such option though you could cancel the allotment if you wish the amount paid if any would be refunded

There is no more convenor counselling. There will be a spot admission for the leftover seats in each of the private colleges. Check for advertisements in local news papers. Alternatively you can contact the colleges you are interested in find out about the leftover seats. hope this answer helps you!!
