Didn't you mention the NCC thing while regsitration,you had a option for "NCC" category saying "YES" or "NO". Also you are supposed to carry those CAP,NCC,PH etc certificates during Certificate Verification Atleast.BECAUSE, now they wont be accepting as all formalities are done.

I am not sure that the list that was released is the maximum numbers list. As I recall, on June 28 the rank list was released.
